The role of a video game designer is to come up with the features in a video game, whether they be role-play
mechanics, story lines, character biographies, or environments and settings. They maintain design documentation,
and work the production staff to produce the games as the designers had designed it. A video game designer also
creates gameplay test plans for different test groups, works with artists to create an appropriate visual style,
write and supervise the writing of in-game text and dialogue, and oversee gameplay testing to ensure the intended
gaming experience.Any video game designer can have a mix of these these duties on the project.
